D. Stay healthy by eating a balanced diet, drinking plenty of water and getting sufficient rest and exercise.
E. Strengthen your immune system. This is extremely important as a strong immune system is one of the best natural defenses against any flu including swine flu.
F. A multivitamin, vitamin C, and espcially vitamin D should be part of your daily supplement plan.
